You retain full ownership of the files you upload. You are solely responsible for the content of those files and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to process them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, logos, text, and software, is owned by PDFToolsHQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
